[NLRS] 10 GHz contest spreadsheet

I think Pete K9PW and I were both running 1 watt on 24 GHz. We were roving
together. I use a 1 foot diameter commercially-made (Endgate?) dish and
Pete uses a larger offset-fed dish. His system performs a little better
than mine does on both bands.

My best DX on 24 GHz in this contest was 174 km (~106 miles). Pete may have
made slightly better. Conditions across the lake from Wisconsin to Michigan
were very poor on both bands on Saturday in September and much better on
Sunday.

Pete had one of Garry K3SIW's 47 GHz transverters with him. We listened for
Garry's 100 uW 47 GHz signal at two stops when we were maybe 75 miles from
Garry, who was in Michigan. We actually heard his signal for about 10 or 15
seconds at the second stop. Not good enough to work, but at least we knew
those small power levels on that band would sort of make it across the
lake. I was told later that a couple of the guys we worked on 24 GHz were
running on the order of 100 mW to small horn antennas.
