[NLRS] June VHF Contest Results

Hello NLRS land -

The 2015 ARRL June VHF Contest results are out on the Leagues website.  Congratulations to the NLRS for 6th place out of 38 clubs in the Medium Category with 16 club logs.  Making the national top ten were W0UC (SOHP 6th place), W0ZQ/R (Rover 9th place), AC0RA/R (Limited Rover 1st place), and K0BBC/R (Rover Unlimited 6th place).  First place finishes within the Dakota Division were W0OHU (S03B), WB0HHM (SOLP), W0GHZ (SOHP), N0EO (LM), W0ZQ/R (Rover), and K0BBC/R (Unlimited Rover).  

Typical of our region, we often do not place too high in the Q's per band listings, but its fun to see the W0UC, K0AWU, W0GHZ guys showing up on the 902 and up bands.  Same with the rover guys; W0ZQ/R had the most 902 contacts, 22 Q's, running 15 watts to a 6' loop yagi.   Don't forget some of these really fun bands in June.
