[NLRS] [10GHzContest] SBMS Project challenge

Do you have manuals? I have the same counter and have downloaded the
manuals, I suspect from Agilent. About 52 MB total. I could burn a CD
and mail it. Or put them on my web server for a while with a private
address. My counter won't fire up so I have to work on it. I don't know
if I have the 24 GHz option. By the operation manual, DL is Damage Level
and the +24 and +25 dBm damage level comes from options 002 and 003.
