[NLRS] Rover advice needed

I searched epay and amazon for 12 volt input supplies specific to my 
laptops. Had dozens to choose from. but I haen't been doing digital 
modes while roving only SSB and CW. And I log on paper, 3x5 or 6x8 cards.
