[NLRS] Lite Rove K0PG, K9ILT

I'll be on my favorite hill in EN50rl at some point. The weather forecast
for the weekend doesn't look good. Lots of rain headed this way. I will
most likely either operate from Saturday at the contest start till around
noon on Sunday, or Sunday only, early morning till about 6 or 7 pm. It
depends on the weather.

I'll have 50 through 10368 MHz. QRP Portable, no more than 10 watts on any
band.
