[NLRS] WA2VOI Mail problems

I'm more or less out of touch for a while... computer failure Sat nite, Sunday
morning.  Using web mail for this, but need to get Outlook Express installed on
this machine (the laptop).  Will check mail on a more or less regular basis, but
a lot less often than usual.

The HD from the old system is intact, so its a matter of getting everything off
it to a new HD/system.

As soon as things settle down, I'll get the date from the Antenna Range
published.
