" Not looking good.  Astron PS was putting out about 5 volts when I got to the beacon site,  and FT-290R and memory keyer both seem to have issues even  after swapping out power supplies.  I brought the rig and memory keyer home, but haven't had a chance to delve any 
further.

Might be in the market for a used all mode rig in the 25 watt range, should 
you hear of anything.

Will keep you posted as things progress.
