[NLRS] Mystery Dongle...

Probably a normal RTL-SDR dongle. There's a lot of info on how to get them
running and use them here:

http://www.rtl-sdr.com/

Do NOT install the software that's on the disk that came with it. Download
the appropriate software mentioned at the above website.
