[NLRS] Mystery Dongle...

Hi Guys.  I recently obtained a dongle with whip antenna from a friend who
didn't have any documentation on it.   The only info I have is what's
printed on the side of the device (DVB-T+FM+DSB).   The accompanying disk
was checked and appears to cover operation on European TV and requires a
registration number to operate which of course I don't have.     Are any of
you aware of s/w that would get the dongle up and running?    Thanks for any
help.
