[NLRS] Big opening appears to be building in the midwest.

We have some tropo in EN13 this morning. The tip-offs were
Steve's email, plus my wife (N0QJM) told me that she couldn't see
some of the local TV stations this morning. A check of the TV
reveals we are receiving stations from the Omaha and Des Moines
area, but not from some of the local stations (and not on the
same channels).

Interestingly, we've noticed several times this summer that when
we have enhanced conditions on VHF, we can't see some of the TV
stations out of Sioux Falls. For example, we have no reception of
KSFY, physical channel 13, with a reported power of 22.7 kW ERP
with an antenna 1952'AGL. The tower is 26.7 miles from us (line
of sight, given it's height), but we lose reception of the
station whenever we have tropo enhancement.

I haven't heard anything on 2m, though.
