[NLRS] Microwave Sprint

Hello everybody.

I also plan to operate 902 – 24GHz during the sprint.  Starting spot will be
my usual EN62cc location.  If activity dies down there, and there is enough
time left to drive and operate, I’ll go to another location, possibly
EN51xr, which has an excellent view to NLRS-land.

I’ll be using 144.260 for CQ & liaison.  Will also bring my cell phone;
