[NLRS] Aurora '15 / Aurora '16

We had 59 registered for our 32nd annual conference last Saturday, with 
people from 5 states and 2 provinces.  I count 9 as first-time 
attendees!  K0AWU put together another great technical program. Although 
not present, AC0RA gets the $50 prize for registrants who submitted logs 
in the past year's ARRL VHF contests.  There were 72 chances in the hat 
for that one;  three had the full 5 tickets, four had 4 tickets.  I will 
be running that again for next year, so be active throughout the year 
and send in your contest logs.

The date for Aurora '16 is set for Saturday April 23, 2016.  Central 
States will be returning to the Twin Cities also that year, July 28-31.  
One or the other, do plan on visiting MSP in 2016!
