[NLRS] Sunday at Dakota Tech

By any chance did someone rove near Dakota Tech early this afternoon?  It 
seemed like our FRS radios used for the race event were getting heavily 
desensed by what appeared to be a local CW UHF signal.  It only happened for 
about 20 minutes.  :)
