[NLRS] Aurora 14 VUCC Card Checking

Hi Al.  And congratulations !

I'll be checking cards at Aurora and am looking forward to doing yours (as I had 
a hand in it HI HI).

Please make sure you read the current rules, and fill out the paperwork.  Don't 
forget your ARRL Membership number (that's the most common mistake I see). 
Also, please bring a copy of your LOTW confimations.  You'll also need an 
envelope with the proper postage for the number of pieces of paper you've got to 
send the application to the ARRL.  A #10 business envelope is good for 5 sheets 
of paper and one unit of postage.  For example, the application + 4 Field 
Sheets.  That may work for 2m; it usually doesn't for 6m.

The envelope can take ~8 sheets but will require 2 units of postage.  Anything 
beyond 8 sheets needs a manila envelope and should be weighed at the Post 
Office.
