Hi Jim.
The short answer is "yes and no."
Power measurement will be via a Bird Thu-line meter, so DC on the line is a
don't care.
Frequency check connects to the frequency counter... and its AC ONLY. If you
have an external Bias T, we can simply remove the +V from it and that takes care
of the problem. Otherwise... sorry, no go!
