[NLRS] W9FZ/R to rove Jan contest--initial plan

W9FZ/R will be out roving the 88th Meridian (eastern WI) again this
year.  Janice KA9VVQ will be on the mike most of the time.

Our basic plan is to do EN62, EN52, and EN53 on the south and west sides
of Milwaukee on Saturday.  Sunday will find us at EN63 on the north side
of Milwaukee tracking northward to do EN64 near Manitowoc and EN55 and
EN65 up near Pound and Peshtigo.  Weather "could" effect our plans (or
is that "should"?).

Last year, we did not work western WI or MN like we normally expect to.
We will be pointing in all of the standard and non-standard directions
looking for anybody and everybody.

I'll have a firm sked by email later in the week and 6-digit grids.
Plus I'll add the plan to the W0UC spreadsheet.

I expect to load the radios tomorrow here in Woodbury and the antennas
down at the farm later next week.  Yes, we are gonna have RF feedback on
our signal--I haven't reconfigured the radios.
