[NLRS] Lady Heather s/w startup help.....

Are any of you running Lady Heather to monitor your Thunderbolt GPS receiver?   I’m currently running ‘Thunderbolt Monitor’ and indications appear to be normal but I seem to be having a problem with the command line in the ‘properties’ window of ‘Lady Heather’.    This is what I’m using to get it started:   "C:\Program Files (x86)\Heather\heather.exe" /3 /f and I get a ‘Can’t open com port 3’ or any other, it seems.
