[NLRS] N9DG Sept VHF

Looks like I have a crazy weekend coming up. Probably only be on
Sunday, hopefully from about 8 am to 5 pm or so in EN50rl. At least
that will be something. I should have 50 through 10368 unless I decide
50 MHz isn't worth setting up.
