[NLRS] Motorola Maratrac in beacons service.

I was hoping to get the 6m beacon on the air yet this fall but ran into a little issue with the radio on the bench.   I am attempting to use a low band Mot Maratrac for the radio and, in spite of hard disconnecting the possible modulation sources (Mic audio, PL, etc) there appears to be about 300Hz of dithering on the signal.   I have looked
at all of the signals heading into the PLL and modulator compartment and they look clean so not sure where this is coming from.  

Anyone familiar with this radio I would appreciate your thoughts.
