[NLRS] Lightning Scatter from N0LAN Becacon last night

Since the N0LAN beacon went on the air I often monitor it. It is usually
right at the noise but sometimes rises up above quite a bit for a period of
time and sometimes disappears. It is on mostly for background noise in the
office.

Last night I was monitoring while working on a few things on the test bench.
Mostly I was hiding from the fact it was starting to snow a reality I was
not quite ready to face. The system was pretty massive and had some
lightning in it to the south of me, not enough to raise the noise level
continuously but a crash every 10, 15 seconds or so. After one of the
crashes the beacon suddenly popped up to very strong for two dits and a dah
then was back down to right at the noise level. Lightning Scatter. I
knew it was possible but had never heard it before.

I did a little reading (it is a known phenomena) and it is capable of
propagation out to about 500km. I figure with the duration of the burst
FSK-441 would probably work OK on it.
