[NLRS] The 2013 August UHF Contest

That contest was an experiment for me. I entered as a Rover. I was not
a true Rover; more like a portable station set up in two different
grid squares on two consecutive days. But I had a lot of fun. It was
also an adventure. Murphy hit me hard that weekend, particularly on
Sunday.
