[NLRS] Major highway closures in metro this weekend

Both I-35W and I-94 will be closed in downtown Minneapolis all weekend.  
If you are coming to Aurora '13 from the south or west, DO NOT attempt 
to go through downtown!  From the west, take I-494, 169, or 100 north to 
I-694.  From the south, take I-35E north to I-694.

Rain associated with the cold front is supposed to be gone by dawn, so 
we should be dry but chilly and windy for morning activities, other than 
antenna measuring which has been cancelled.
