Subject: [NLRS] 902 MHz & Up Spring Sprint (Re: SBMS 2.3 GHz & Up Contest)
This year, 2013, provides the opportunity to participate in TWO
contests on the same weekend.
It happens to be one of those years where the "Microwave"/902
MHz and Up Spring Sprint coincides (the first 7 hours anyway)
with the SBMS contest.
The "Microwave"/902 MHz and Up Spring Sprint includes TWO
additional bands, 902 MHz and 1.2GHz, as well as 2.3 GHz and up.
As Todd, KC9BQA, already shared (but I'll repeat), info on
Spring Sprints (including the other four Single band events) is
available at:
https://sites.google.com/site/springvhfupsprints/2013-announcement-rules
I'm really hoping to see a LOT of activity (and log submissions)
from Central States VHF Society (AND NLRS) members this year.
Just remember to exchange SIX-character Grid Locators and record
them in your logs for the Sprints.
73, JK
