[NLRS] 2m vs 70cm weak signal activity

I think most people's 144 beams are wider than their 432 beams, so it makes
that band a better choice to be heard over a wider area. Also, there is
sometimes tropo that opens 144 MHz but doesn't make it up as far as 432.
