[NLRS] FM in January Contest

I did not notice much activity on FM at all. I drove from Maplewood
(EN35) down to St Charles,IL (EN51) for the Hamfest and was
underwhelmed by
the general activity level-- My rover car was in an accident this week
so my antenna choices were very limited on a loaner car. Did work a few
folks on 144.200 SSB with a vertically polarized mag-mount near major
towns but it seemed as though activity was pretty small - especially
Sunday night here in EN34 and EN35.

Thanks to Paul (W0UC) for staying with me through several grids though...
