Hi Bud -
I think you mean that the current capacitor is 50uF at 130-140 volts? .... this is not what you typed. If this is true, I would think that you would be OK with the 120v part. My 2 bits.
Regarding the meter face, some rotators have a North centered face on one side and a South centered face on the other side of the face plate. Take yours off and flip it around to see what you have .... if you are lucky you may already have one.
