[NLRS] FW: VHF low pass filters?

HI Gary and all,
Those are good points Gary.
there is a good chance that the nabor will just expect that he doesn't have
to do anything but the problem is the ham's falt.
so then at that point the nabor is on his own.
I finally got to that point with one here.
I have a nabor with a suround sound system that is out right junk.
infact he is using clip leads as part of his speecker wire.
He refewses to fix it so he can just put up with it.
I would not back down to some one who just wants to be a problem.
