Recommend fixes, maybe provide parts but let them install them. If 
anything goes wrong after you have worked on the problem you will be the 
cause of it and they will want you to fix or replace the defective TV , etc.



I had problems before with cordless phones on 49Mhz and also 902Mhz
I tried to tell them that there was nothing I could do for them but they 
didn't believe me.

I gave them the FCC phone number so they can call and be told it really 
isn't your problem.Also provide them with your call if they do call the FCC
