[NLRS] SMA power handling

There are SMA made for LMR295 (8X) and LMR400 coaxes. I wonder about the 
impedance match through the transition of diameters and worry more about 
the stiffness and weight of LMR400 breaking the SMA connector.

I don't see how the connector can take more power than the coax, unless 
the coax is made of nichrome and teflon to handle operating while 
glowing. For sure polyethylene is less capable of handling center 
conductor heat than teflon.

Sealectro says center conductor is limited to 2 amps, that's 200 watts 
max at any frequency.
