[NLRS] August 10GHz contest

I could hear K2YAZ on 144 MHz with no trouble but I was only running 10
watts on that band and he could never hear me. I would have loved to try
for a 10 GHz QSO with him. The highest band I've managed with him from
EN50rl is 3456.
