[NLRS] K0PG/R and K9ILT/R update

I fried our DEMI 222 xvrter tonight while hooking up the power. The RCA plug shorted with the 13.8 on it and the smoke that Steve puts inside the components at the factory escaped. 

So, we have moved form the Limited Rover 4 band category to the Very Limited Rover 3 band category. 

Plans remain the same, but we will NOT be on 222. Look for us on 432.090 or the calling frequency. We can then go to 902 or 903, your preference and 1296.
