[NLRS] Contest weekend & W0ZQ, W0ZQ/R

The weather here for the weekend still appears to be optimistic in the
forecast; however, today's isn't. We're supposed to have 1 to 2 inches of
snow/freezing rain/ice by tonight.
Provided the roads are in decent shape tomorrow morning, I'll still make
the 45 mile trek to the hill in EN50rl and set up as a Single-Op Portable.
I just hope there is little wind and my antennas can stay up for the
duration.
