[NLRS] Search for MGF1302

Someone told me that the MGF1302, for some reason, was the best device
around to use in a doubler circuit, particularly doubling from 12 to
24 GHz. They supposedly outperform just about everything else for this
purpose as far as power output at the harmonic frequency goes.

Seems odd that the newer devices don't stack up to it as a freq
multiplier, but if that is what testing has borne out, then I'd want
to use them if possible.
