[NLRS] Suggestions for FM Simplex Frequencies -Single Op FM Only

During contests, 146.55 is the primary used FM frequency with 146.58 as a
secondary. I've worked in the Cities on 55 FM and Madison/La Crosse as well
so it is widely used. 52.525, 223.5 and 446.0 are the others.
