[NLRS] Modding my 10Gig xverter for outboard pre-amp

Go to www.geraldj.networkiowa.com/papers/2012 Look for DEMI. I wrote it
up last year for MUD/NEWSVHF, this spring's SVHF and this summer's

There's an orange wire and and orange/white wire. The MGA 86576 needs no
input bias so you can cut that trace. Needs no input tuning so you can
cut that trace on the input. The output presently has 100 ohms the MGA
needs 150 ohms from RX 12. There's another article there on the PPS-1
bias supply that shows its connections.
