[NLRS] Tripods

In Glacier National Park last month, I saw a superb tripod used on high 
power spotting scopes by the park service. Made by Manfrotto. I looked 
them up on the internet when I got home. If you have to ask the price, 
you can't afford one! They do have models made for studio TV cameras.

Looking at other things today I came upon Avenger lighting stands that 
look to have some promise. Search epay for "Avenger Stands" quotes not 
needed. Reasonably priced, braced legs and can be stretch up several 
feet if desired. Probably will need some adaptation to dishes and rigs, 
but look like they might be a sturdy base.
