Earl,

I have some time "earlier" on Sunday the 11th (have 3:30 needs back at
home), possible the 17/18th, and maybe some time out on Oct 8/9 (might be
too late for you).

Please give me a call to arrange.

Ed

It looks like Ed has a gin pole for me and I need to complete this within
the next couple of weeks. So, do I have some willing helpers? I want to
make sure I do this safely. As all ya'll remember I fell out of a tree
several years back and would like to not repeat that stupidity as I doubt I
would get lucky twice.

Earl,

I might have some time. The Mining ARC has a Rohn 25 type gin pole I could
get, if you can provide the transport. Give me a call if interested.

Well, been listening to .200 all morning in my home office. Nothing heard
except Gary then I am only vertical. I know of a tower and antenna that I
have for free if I take it down. Are the any helpers out there that would
be willing to help me and have a gin pole to boot? I have a good climbing
belt. This tower is only about 30 or 40 feet.

MCS complex came through Bloomington at about 4:00 am. At work, my window
overlooks the St. Paul and Mpls skyline to the west. At around 7:30 am you
could visually see the subsidence from the recently passed thunderstorms
with the cloud formation, a strong visual smog zone, and a "marine" layer.
My first thought (before work) was "tropo".

It's the last 2 weeks of August and the traditional band opening is
here...but no one on. IF you look at the APRS map it show its open
traight south from here to EN01 & 02. NT0V's 432 beacon is S9....usually
1. It may be interesting later today as it moves east. It is expected to e
about 95 degrees here again today Best 73 arry VE4MA
