[NLRS] Battery ChargeRS

Voltage is a good indication of charge for lead acid batteries. When
they reach 14.2 and stop drawing current they are fully charged. Its not
so good an indication for other battery chemistries. Voltage is a direct
function of electrolyte specific gravity which has been the standard
measuring technique for lead acid wet cells for a century. The full
charged voltage and the full charged specific gravity does depend on the
cell design with deep cycle batteries tending to be designed for a bit
lower full charge specific gravity (and so voltage) than starting batteries.

Schumacher is sometimes found at wallyworld and likely amazon. Maybe
Northern Tool and farm stores.
