[NLRS] Midwest Mania! Is a go for next weekend

Hi BC'ers and NLRS'ers:

Yeah, I'm way behind on promotion this year for Midwest Mania!  That is
a concerted effort to increase VHF activity in IA, MO, KS, NE, OK, SD,
and CO during the Sept VHF contest.  Fortunately, most recognize it from
the past two years and remember the drill :-) .

My own rove will not really be workable from WI and MN but you need to
know about it just in case things open up :-) .  Also, there will be
other rovers closer to WI and MN who ought be workable. KK6MC/R, WR0I/R,
and K0GEM/R come to mind.

Plans are still rolling in each day and overnight I try to get the MM!
webpage updated.  Still need to work up some graphics (tonight).

If any of you BC or NLRS rovers haven't decided "where" to rove, please
consider including IA in your rove--it will help MM!
