Don't forget that Aurora '11 is two weeks away on Saturday the 14th. Since a
number of folks will be arriving Friday, I'm trying to organize an informal get
together for dinner on Friday night. Gives us a chance to chat, see people we
haven't seen for a while, etc.

Two possibilities for dinner:
** Jimmy's, where we were last year, and
** Donatellis, a family Italian restaurant.

Jimmy's is a Sports Bar, with the usual selection of food. Last year, we had a
spot in a back room (OK, a back hallway) and the food and service was good.
Jimmy's is located 1/4 mi EAST of I-35E and County Rd E on County Rd E. South
side of the highway, with a big yellow sign (Jimmy's) out front.

Donatellis is, as stated, a family Italian place... very popular, and with very
good food. They have at least one in-house (?) beer (micro-brew ?) and such
(I'm not beer drinker, so I don't have an opinion... sorry). Usual selection of
entres and such. The squash ravioli is fantastic and the bruschette appeitizer
is great. They have a front room that we could have a piece of which would be a
bit quieter than the main room. (Seats maybe 24-30 in several tables.)
Donatellis is located in the SW corner of MN120 (Century Ave) and County Rd E.
Its a small strip mall on the south side of Cty E. About in the middle.
Donatellis is 3 miles east of Jimmy's on Cty E.

Dinner will be at 7PM.

SO. What I'd like is that anyone who'd like to attend Friday Nite dinner (May
13th, 7PM) indicate your interest AND a vote for either Jimmy's or Donatellis.
An e-mail to wa2voi (at) arrl.net and/or a note the reflector would be
appreciated. If there will be more than one of you, please make sure you tell
me that so I can have a good count.

Please RESPOND NO LATER than Thursday, May 5th (that's this coming Thursday !)
so I can make a reservation on Friday, May 6th for the following Friday.

Thanks, and I'll see you at dinner !!
