[NLRS] Defense of 432 MHz

Hello NLRS-land.

Unless you have had your head in a snow drift for a while, you should all be generally aware of the newest treat to our 430 MHz band relating to HR 607.  You can read about the details of this threat on the ARRL's website at http://www.arrl.org/hr-607  .   I encourage all NLRS members to read about this bill.  If you would like to write your House Representative, the ARRL has constructed a letter that you can down load and personalize.  That letter can be found at http://www.arrl.org/sample-letters .  This same link also provides a tool for you to use to properly identify your House Representative as well as the ARRLs Washington representative mailing addres that will allow our letters to be hand delivered.   I encourage all members to read, understand, and write.
