Steve, NE0U, is looking for some help - here is part of his note:  

"Can you steer me to someone who might be willing to participate in the ARISS/TFS programs?  An old and dear friend of mine who is a teacher emailed me yesterday looking for help.  She would like to enrole in the NASA program to enable her students to contact the ISS in as part of some aeronautic curriculum that they have.  Unfortunately, the deadline for her to apply to NASA for scheduling is July 13th, so she's kinda under the gun here."
