[NLRS] VHF/UHF/ Microwave Conditions EN37ed

The APRS tropo map looks good, but the signals are not all that outstanding here. Hearing N4PZ on 432 and 2m a couple S units above the noise. (He runs very high power). KYZ was good copy on 2m as usual about 8:15am, but not huge. Signals between Gary W0GHZ and I were "summer normal" 902, 1296 and 10Ghz. We checked 432 SSB and signals were usable at 10Watts with QSB. 

TSs in the forecast for tonight and we will be available on 10Ghz RS if things develop to allow operations.
