[NLRS] Rovermania VII spreadsheet now open

We may try something new and different. How about setting up the  
Rover-Mobile at St. Charles
in EN43 and shuttle to EN33 in support of all the other Rovers. This would  
allow more on the
air time. Hope to add 222 @ 25 watts. Should be good for more than 100  
miles on 222, 432,
1296 & 10368. Should be good to 75 miles on 2304. If  we pay  attention to 
the rovers this 
should add a lot of QSOs from the two operators and two grids everytime  
they point at us. I can
leave everything setup and operational as we shuttle between 43 and  33.
