[NLRS] Current display for $8 - GO Harbor Freight!

The $8 sale price was on a coupon flyer I received yesterday. They
usually have extra flyers in the store but you can't be sure. The
first June flyer #4931 has one set of prices and coupons, the second
June flyer #4934-1 has the extra coupons and better prices that I
mentioned. That one may be region specific.
