Sorry to hear about Tim and Pat's Rover-mobile AND about FZ's
back and forgetfulness.

I'll probably find that I too have forgotten something but, as
far as I know, the 10 year old Ranger-Rover (note that is NOT a
"Range Rover") is still mechanically sound (INCLUDING working
A/C which I'm confident I WILL be counting on this weekend!).

I'm tempted to substitute on Tim and Pat's planned route BUT I
will instead be trying 40N, 90W, aka the EM49/59/EN40/50 Grid
Corner since I hear that EM49 and EM59 are freqently NOT active
on contests.

It's about a 4 hour drive, though and since I'm still AT HOME
and it's going on 10:30 am (1530 UTC) so I will likely NOT be on
right AT the start (or will try to grab a few Qs while mobile in
EN50) so I HOPE some folks will wait and be active AFTER the
first hour once I'm stopped.

Planning to TRY and use 50.180 and 144.180 as long as they are
not otherwise occupied.

Sunday plan is still uncertain...possibly out to 41N, 92W aka
the EN30/31/40/41 Grid Corner. OK, so EN40 will not be new but I
understand that EN30 is another Grid that is frequently NOT
active in VHF Tests. "Plan B" for Sunday would be to just go
North along 90N, to activate that VERY RARE (NOT!) EN41 (Hi
Bob2), but also cover EN42, EN51 and EN52. Sorry but not time to
update the 'schedule' on the Rover Plan Spreadsheet (though, if
the hotel I stop at tonight has Internet, I *may* be able to
post something).

Hope to find many of you in my log.
