[NLRS] 222 Tuesday is ON + Early 144 Wed QST

Tuesdays are the nationwide activity night for the 1.25m band.   
USA/VE hams with 222/223 MHz are encouraged to call CQ, 
spin the beams and see who all is out there.   Most have been 
getting on about 7-8pm their local time.
