[NLRS] 10GHz Contest logging

This is the one contest where just about anything goes as far as log format.
You can send in Cabrillo logs but you can also send in Excel spreadsheets,
PDF files, Word documents or any format that can be opened at ARRL. You can
mail in paper logs too. I usually make PDF files of my logs for this one.
