[NLRS] Logging rovers & NLRS breakfast

Further on Jon's comment regarding electronic logs...
For a Rover entry, the CALLSIGN: line in the header portion of
the Cabrillo file *should* have the "/R" suffixed to the
callsign, for example:
CALLSIGN: W0ZQ/R
-or-
CALLSIGN: K9JK/R
(This is in amongst the START-OF-LOG: line, ARRL-SECTION: or
LOCATION: line, the various assortment of CATEGORY-xxx: lines,
CLAIMED-SCORE: line, CLUB: line, NAME: and ADDRESS: lines,
SOAPBOX: lines and probably some other lines that I've not
listed here.)
AND, on the QSO: lines - the Rover's call *should* be listed
with the "/R" (whether it is YOUR/the Sent, Call or the other
station's/the Received Call).
IF Jon and I had managed to make contact with each other, MY log
would have had a QSO: line that looked something like:
QSO: 222 PH 2011-08-06 1800 K9JK/R EN52 W0ZQ/R
EN44
(Note that the "EN44" *should* have been on the same line as the
other info...danged "line length" limitations in the "Plain
Text" e-mail format of my e-mail client!)
This is IMPORTANT due to the ARRL VHF and UHF Contest rule that
allows a Rover to ALSO submit a log as a Single-op in addition
to a log for Roving; the Single-Op log should NOT have the "/R"
suffix and anyone recording a QSO with the Single-Op station
should record/show the call as JUST the call (NO "/R" suffix).
