[NLRS] CSVHFS 2011 & Rovermania

The paper I presented at Aurora has been published in the CSVHF 2011 
proceedings. I've not yet seen the printed version, but I have posted 
the two versions (color and black and white for printing) at:

I may be on for the UHF contest only on 432 if I get the rotor cable 
fixed by then but with a limited antenna. I could add a 100 watt amp to 
the station for one band that might help on 432.
